Since 1985, Le Fouvrac has been a small gastronomic "museum" whose owners furnish the stalls with products as if they were properly intended for them. So they know how to talk about them! More than 10,000 sweet temptations on 74 square meters: high-end confectionery offered in pretty boxes or individually, jams, rare salts and peppers, renowned coffees, plenty of olive oil and vinegar, and more! Tea dominates: 48 companies including, exclusively, Benjamin Barton.

Le Fouvrac is also a small haven of peace where you can taste warm coffee, Liège waffles (the specialty!) And other homemade desserts, not to mention the grilled-cheese reinvented in Le Fouvrac style, absolutely delicious and decadent!
